Finally the file is ready for distribution!
It’s a very basic package and over time I plan to slowly update it.
Introducing my very own tripleganger. This file includes a low cage polygon .obj file. Tangent and World Space Normal Maps and a Colour Albedo map as well as ZBrush file.
If you use the model at all, please reference where you Downloaded it, and feel free to send me any renders! I would love to see 🙂
https://ir-ltd.net/uploads/Infinite_Scan_Ver0.1.rar (80 MB’s) Object file and textures.
https://ir-ltd.net/uploads/Infinite_Scan_Displacements_Ver0.1.rar (65 MB’s) Displacements Maps.
https://ir-ltd.net/uploads/Infinite_Ztl.rar (70 MB’s) Stripped down basic, 7 Subdivision Level ZBrush file.
So a challenge was set over at the superb “artist friendly forum” www.cgfeedback.com to see how other Artists could use the data supplied above. See below for examples of their outstanding renders and shader setups in other packages. The more the merrier 🙂

Great job and really thanks alot for your efforts, the renders looks amazing!
The only problem I have right now is that the .rar files u linked to is broken (the links doesn't work).
Would be super awesome to try this out in different render softwares!

Some very nice tests Sebastian, thanks for sharing here. It looks to me like there might be some displacement lost some how. What are you using in the engine? Lowest Polygon model and Tangent Normal Map?
September 30, 2010nbac
yeah lowest res and tangent normal ... the video compression also sucks the normal details ...

September 30, 2010here with more extreme lighting situation
the realtimeshader is doing a pretty good job i think
Infinite
It works well.
I know the model back to front and I am wondering if perhaps your viewer/engine might need one of the Normal Map channels swapped? as it seems like the normal map isn't being displayed properly (not due to video compression) It's evident on the shoulders and neck, there's some kind of seam there. The render just seems kind of lumpy. I don't use real-time viewers so I don't know for sure.
Looks good to see it in a viewer :)
