Wow! Really nice work Infinite! I am currently studying photorealism for character in real time and I just found your website, what a chance! :) It would be supert nice if you could share the marmoset scene (and also the unreal project you did for the real-time skin shader). Also, I would like to know, I saw you put a map for the specular but as far as I know, for skin, the specular is not really changing and so it's better to only put a value around 0.35 (from UE4 documentation). Am I wrong or is there any other resaon? Again, awesome result! :)
Just paying my great respect here. And have you ever tried skin analysis machine called Visia from Cornfield? I am working on several digital doubles myself but using a hand-painting approach. As far as I know, specular maps are affected greatly by the sss amount(or mix) and the scatter color from your scatter map. Most people are using one constant number or hand-painted map to control those therefore bad result will be generated.
I went to a local plastic surgery hospital and took a scan of my own face. I saved those scan and studied them hard. Since then I completely changed my way of painting.
Thanks, yes we are aware of that type of capture data. Cross polarization is very useful in a similar way, as it allows us to see through the top layer of oil on the skin.
Hello my friend! Your results continue to astound. I always smile when I run across your many successes :)
Still thinking about sharing your new head with the world at large?
Yeah, please share it - this seems to be some amazing progress. And we normal people will never have the chance to work on a high quality scan like this.

Amazing work guys. Please share your marmoset toolbag scene! I could play around with the lights on your scan for hours :)
